- Logo of trademark, size 5x5cm
- Company registration documents from the Department of Business Development (such as company affidavit, shareholders list, articles of association, etc.), if the company is already registered in Thailand
- Company’s certificate of foreign legal entity, if the applicant is not registered in Thailand yet
