Once your company has received a BOI certificate, it has to submit some forms every now and them with the Board of Investment of Thailand. Here are the rules:
- The companies that have received Thailand BOI certificate must notify the Board of Investment of their intention to continue their promoted project by submitting project progress report after the periods of 6 months, 1 year and 2 years, staring from the date of promotion certificate issuance.
- Thailand BOI promoted companies will have to obtain full operation start-up certificate (to officially open operation with the Board of Investment). The full operation start-up report and related documents must be submitted with the Board of Investment within 36 months from the date of promotion certificate issuance. This can be done only when the companies have complied with the conditions set in the BOI certificate.
- Thailand BOI promoted companies must submit annual operation report of the project, which is to report financial status and project operation results every year within 31st July of following year by submitting Form Tor Sor 310 with the companies’ annual audited financial statements.
To notify Thailand Board of Investment of the intention to continue your promoted project of the periods of 6 months, 1 year and 2 years and to report financial status and project operation results every year within 31st July, you can submit the forms on Thailand BOI online system. The company can get username and password for use to access the BOI online system by contacting the Management Information System Bureau of Thailand Board of Investment.
