In the BOI application, Section 3, you will fill out your Thailand BOI business location. Tambol means sub-district and Amphoe means district. Please do not worry if you do not have a specific location yet. Only the province is important. If you put Bangkok and later you need to move your Thailand BOI business to another province, most likely you can, especially for software and E-commerce businesses. If you are going to locate you BOI business in an industrial estate zone, you can put the name of the industrial estate too. For the column “Area (sqm)”, you may choose to put the number of square meters of your office space planned for your Thailand BOI business. If you do not know yet, there is no need to put it
Section 4 of Thailand BOI application for software or E-commerce is where you will describe the detail of your company’s current business. (In case the company has not been established yet, you will skip this and go to section 5, which we will explain in How to fill out Thailand BOI application – part 4.)
4.1 Name of product/service: Here you will write the name of your current products or services.
4.2 Features of product/service: Here you will describe the features of your current products or services.
4.3 Software used during production process: List the software that you used during the development or production process of your product or services in 4.1.
4.4 Users of product/service: Who are your main users?
4.5 Usage of product/service: Describe how to use your product or service
4.6 Existing assets of the company: You will list all your company’s fixed assets that you currently have on a separate sheet of paper.
4.7 Existing personnel of the company. You will list all current employees of the company on a separate sheet of paper.
